Removal Request
If you are a streamer mentioned anywhere on StreamerHomes — including the Collab HiScores leaderboard, the Collab Coin Chase "Streamer of the Month" feature, an embedded video, or any other reference — and you'd like that mention removed, this page explains how.
1. What you can ask us to do
You may request any of the following at any time, for any reason:
- Remove your entry from the HiScores leaderboard entirely.
- Remove the "Streamer of the Month" feature if it's currently featuring you.
- Remove a specific video from your entry.
- Correct your displayed username, score, or any other detail.
- Stop your name from appearing on any future features.
2. How to send the request
Send the request through our Contact Us page. Include the username as shown on StreamerHomes and a brief note on what you'd like changed.
3. Quick identity confirmation
To confirm the request is genuinely from you and not a third party, we'll ask for a quick check using an account or email that's already publicly linked on your channel. Any one of these works:
- A reply from the email address listed on your YouTube or Twitch channel
- A DM from the verified Twitter/X account publicly listed on your profile
- A brief mention or community-tab post from your main channel
We will never ask for personal phone calls, government ID, or other sensitive information.
4. After we've confirmed it's you
Once we've confirmed the request, the change happens within 24 hours. You don't need to follow up; we'll reply to let you know it's done.
5. If you don't have a publicly linked email or social
Reach out anyway through our Contact Us page and we'll work something out with you. In edge cases where we can't easily verify the request, we'd rather err on the side of honoring it than keeping an entry up over a real concern.
6. Questions about this policy
